Job summary

Mercer in Toronto is seeking a Compensation Consultant Associate to join our national rewards team. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and offers exposure to a premier client base across Canada and globally.

You will research industry trends, analyze financial and organizational data, and develop compensation programs and career tools with senior leaders and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, total rewards, compensation, finance, HR or accounting preferred.
• OR 5+ years in project management, data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on industry and organization issues to inform rewards strategies.
• Analyze client data to provide insights for rewards and talent solutions.
• Participate in team brainstorming and develop client recommendations.
• Prepare client presentations for boards, executives and HR leaders.
• Develop base salary and bonus programs for non-executive staff.
• Create role profiles and career path tools.
