Job summary

Wolseley Canada is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst – Canada to act as the primary compensation expert for the Canadian business. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this senior individual contributor role oversees base pay, incentive programs, salary structures, job evaluation, market benchmarking and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, finance, economics or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Strong experience with salary structures, market benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; data analysis and reconciliation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compensation workstream for the Workday migration into the Ferguson US tenant, including mapping, ranges, and plan configurations.
• Build and maintain Canadian salary ranges, grades and market differentials.
• Evaluate roles, maintain job families and levels; support organizational changes.
• Execute annual merit, salary review and incentive planning cycles; lead governance of incentive plans.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations on offers, promotions, market adjustments and exceptions.
• Lead pay equity reviews and monitor pay transparency obligations across Canadian jurisdictions.
