The Box Office Ticket Seller is responsible for selling tickets to events at the Sanderson Centre and helping patrons both on the phone and in person at the Box Office. The Ticket Seller is also responsible for answering questions and providing information to patrons regarding performances and things to do in the area. The position effectively gathers information and inputs into the computer system: time of sale, address, and other data. The position participates in general office duties such as filing, typing, and administers customer service, provides general information for upcoming shows, receives customer complaints and assists with special needs
