The Revenue and Partnerships Coordinator, reporting to theSupervisor of Parks and Recreation Administration, is responsible for the planning, coordination, administration and implementation of sponsorship, advertising, booking and facility allocation services for the Parks and Recreation Department. The position supports revenue generation through sponsorship, partnerships, facility rentals and user group bookings while ensuring administration of systems, stakeholder engagement and compliance with departmental policies, legislative requirements and customer service standards.
Working closely with the Supervisor of Parks and Recreation, Administrative Support Services, community organizations and external partners, the coordinator plays a lead role in developing funding opportunities, manages sponsorship agreements, administers facility booking processes and optimizes use of recreation facilities.
As a condition of employment, proof of current and valid certificate(s) and/or educational qualifications will be required.
