Job summary

The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the resort and thermal spa facilities in Saskatoon. This position oversees maintenance and grounds operations, ensuring buildings, equipment, systems, and outdoor spaces are safe and well maintained.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities operations.
• Experience overseeing maintenance, safety, and grounds teams.
• Ability to manage vendors and service contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of resort buildings and spa facilities.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance work orders promptly.
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Maintain pools and thermal spa equipment per regulations.
• Lead the Maintenance and Grounds teams and report to Spa Director of Facilities.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental compliance and inspections.
