Job summary

Sasquatch Mountain Resort is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and janitorial functions across the resort, ensuring upkeep, repairs, and safety of guest facilities, lodges, and staff housing. You will work with a small, collaborative leadership team to drive operational excellence year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Maintenance and Janitorial teams while fostering a safety-first culture.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of all resort buildings and staff accommodations.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and janitorial staff to meet operations.
• Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and improvement projects.
• Ensure guest and staff areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Maintain inventory, purchasing, and spend within budget.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders using IMPAK.
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC, WHMIS, and resort safety policies.
• Collaborate with departments to support daily operations and special projects.
