Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP in Dartmouth, Canada, is seeking a Theatre Manager to lead operations across Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Services and Retail. You will ensure policy compliance, uphold standards, and drive a clear business vision while maintaining team morale.

Qualifications

• Experience in a theatre or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead teams across multiple departments during peak times.
• Strong financial awareness and ability to report on targets.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless operation of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail in the venue.
• Ensure facility reflects Cineplex standards and passes all checklists/inspections.
• Execute Groups & Events within the venue.
• Recruit, interview, train and coach venue management; plan succession.
• Manage theatre budget, grow revenue and drive business forward.
