Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless operation of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail across the venue.
• Ensure facility meets Cineplex standards and regulatory requirements through checklists and inspections.
• Execute Groups & Events within the venue.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach venue management; plan for succession.
• Enforce fair discipline, develop performance, and manage staff according to policy.
• Manage theatre budget, grow revenue, and drive initiatives to strengthen brand.
