Job summary

Cineplex Theatre Manager in Dartmouth, Canada is responsible for maintaining seamless operation across Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail, while ensuring standards, checklists, and inspections are up to date. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to lead a team during high volume periods across departments.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and objection handling skills.
• Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with corporate departments, partners, employees and guests.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless operation of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail within the venue.
• Ensure facility reflects Company standards and all checklists/inspections are up to date.
• Execute Groups & Events within the venue.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach venue management; plan for succession.
• Ensure fair and equitable discipline per policy; implement actions for performance.
• Manage theatre budget, grow revenue, and initiate projects to drive the business forward.
