Algonquin Students' Association in Ottawa is seeking Theatre Front of House (FOH) staff to welcome patrons, manage ushers, coat check, and merchandise support at the Algonquin Commons Theatre and related venues.

You will work evenings and weekends, stay on your feet for long periods, deliver courteous service, and help ensure health and safety standards while contributing to a positive student and guest experience.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in front-of-house or service environments is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Minimum age of 17.
• Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset.
• Smart Serve is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure patrons are treated courteously, professionally, and efficiently.
• Complete tasks accurately and cooperatively within theatre guidelines.
• Safeguard patrons and ensure their safety.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and liquor control licensing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
