Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a field-based sales professional to grow our brands across Canada. You’ll partner with on-premise and off-premise accounts, build relationships with buyers and distributors, and drive distribution and volume for flagship spirits.

You’ll travel to multiple accounts, manage programs, monitor KPIs, and work with our dream team to meet goals. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer or distributor management.
• On-Premise and Off-Premise sales experience.
• Market development and sales analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions to boost business for assigned accounts and increase market share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands.
• Implement programs to meet distribution, merchandising, display, and retail goals.
• Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs.
• Coordinate communication between customers, wholesalers and internal team.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
