Job summary

Proximo Spirits Canada, Inc. seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive distribution across on- and off-premise channels in Canada. You will manage LCBO, grocery, and licensee accounts, while leading brand-building initiatives and education sessions for staff and customers.

You will partner with the Ontario Sales Manager, use EZ Focus CRM data to maximize ROI, and execute in-store and event-based programs to grow market share and portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of industry experience and professional sales approach.
• Strong knowledge of liquor regulations and market trends in Canada.
• Ability to travel for events and trade shows as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of retail customers including LCBO and grocery to achieve distribution targets.
• Develop and execute brand-building programs for display and shelf management.
• Conduct staff and consumer education sessions to raise awareness and market share.
• Secure distribution with licensee customers and maximize menu placements for cocktails.
• Create customer presentations and leverage CRM data to drive ROI.
