Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. in Canada is expanding its Field Sales Team and seeks driven Territory Sales Managers who love sales, chase targets, and want rewards for strong performance.

This is a new field-based role focused on selling HR & Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (5–50 employees). Full training is provided; industry experience is not required beyond a proven sales ability and energy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of new business success.
• Confidence selling to Business Owners, Directors, and HR decision-makers.
• High energy, resilience, and a strong desire to win.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities, referrals, and appointments.
• Attend appointments booked by Telemarketing partner and self-generated meetings.
• Build strong relationships with referral partners and introducers.
• Deliver value-based, consultative sales presentations to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

The Opportunity

As they’re now expanding their Field Sales Team, the team is looking for driven, ambitious Territory Sales Managers who love sales, thrive on targets, and want to be rewarded for exceptional performance.

This is a new business, field-based sales role, focused on selling HR & Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (5–50 employees). No industry experience is required — full training is provided. What matters most is your sales ability, energy, and consultative approach.

Please note:

This is a field-based sales position that requires travel in and around the region to meet with prospects on-site.

Top performers earn $250,000-$300,000K+ per year with uncapped commission.
