Job description

Territory Sales Executive – B2B Field Sales

Enviro-Master of Vancouver West is expanding its sales team and looking for driven Territory Sales Executives to develop new B2B customers across assigned territories in the Lower Mainland.

We are currently hiring for up to three positions, with dedicated sales territories includingBurnaby, New Westminster, and Delta/Tsawwassen.

This is a trueB2B field sales hunter role. It is not primarily an account management, inside sales, or inbound lead position.

If you enjoy getting out from behind a desk, meeting businesses face to face, finding decision makers, creating opportunities, building your own pipeline, and closing new business, this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect new B2B customers through consistent in-person field outreach
  • Build your own pipeline through walk-ins, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic follow-up
  • Maintain a high level of daily field prospecting activity
  • Connect with business owners, general managers, facility managers, operations leaders, property managers, and other decision makers
  • Conduct on-site facility assessments to understand customer needs and identify service opportunities
  • Present Enviro-Master solutions and recommend appropriate service programs
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals
  • Handle objections, negotiate within approved guidelines, and confidently ask for the business
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects and opportunities
  • Develop strong territory knowledge and execute weekly prospecting plans
  • Update CRM activity daily, including visits, contacts, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups, and deal status
  • Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline
  • Coordinate a professional handoff to operations after a new customer signs
What Success Looks Like

Following training and ramp-up, successful Territory Sales Executives demonstrate:

  • Consistent in-person prospecting activity
  • A steady flow of qualified opportunities, appointments, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Accurate daily CRM and pipeline management
  • Strong territory planning and follow-up discipline
  • Consistent achievement of assigned new-business and recurring-service sales targets
  • Ongoing improvement in conversion and closing performance
We measure both activity and results.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of B2B field sales, outside sales, or new business development experience preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written English with strong professional communication skills
  • Additional language skills are an asset
  • A self-starter with the initiative and discipline to create opportunities without waiting for leads or constant direction
  • Comfortable approaching businesses and initiating conversations without a prior appointment
  • Experience with cold prospecting and face-to-face business development
  • Ability to independently create sales opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound leads or pre-set appointments
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to read people, adapt your communication style, and build rapport
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection while maintaining confidence, professionalism, and momentum
  • Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up discipline
  • Personal accountability and the ability to manage a territory with limited day-to-day supervision
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven environment where activity, pipeline, and results are measured
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback, and willing to adjust your approach based on results
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft 365, mobile applications, and digital navigation tools
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle for daily territory travel
Experience That Transfers Well

We are particularly interested in candidates currently or have recently sold B2B products or services within a geographic territory.

Relevant backgrounds may include facility services, uniform and linen services, commercial sanitation or cleaning, pest control, waste and recycling, workplace supplies, security, commercial telecommunications, food-service or beverage distribution, and other recurring B2B services.

Experience in a high-activity field sales environment where you were responsible for prospecting, building your own pipeline, and closing new accounts is especially valuable.

Industry experience is an asset, but attitude, drive, resilience, and the ability to create new business are equally important to us.
  • Uncapped performance-based commission on new business
  • Additional earning opportunities for strong sales performance
  • Opportunity to earn ongoing residual compensation based on qualifying territory revenue
  • Business mileage reimbursement
  • Monthly cellphone allowance
  • Paid time off
  • Flexible schedule with accountability for field activity and results

Our compensation structure is designed to reward consistent new business development and provide meaningful earning growth for high-performing sales professionals.

Training & Development

We provide structured onboarding covering our services and products, sales methodology, CRM, pricing and quoting, field prospecting, and sales coaching. Territory Sales Executives take on increasing independence as they progress through the ramp-up period.
