Job summary

Venters Recruits is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to own a key territory covering Lower Mainland Vancouver. This is an outside sales/business development role with about 80% of time spent in the market, engaging HVAC contractors, builders and key decision-makers.

You will identify and develop new opportunities, build relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong HVAC and/or construction industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated success winning new business and growing a territory.
• Strong relationships within the HVAC contractor market are an asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large geographic territory.
