Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge frontline sales and Team Leads, driving in-store engagement across Collingwood, Midland, and Wasaga Beach. This one-year contract runs January 2027 with 28–35 hours per week, including paid travel and evenings/weekends.

You will deliver product demos, support store teams, coach peers, and optimize territory coverage while reporting insights and maintaining compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and product knowledge with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to influence, support, and guide peers (informal leadership experience is an asset).
• Tech-savvy with experience using mobile reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver product education and hands-on demonstrations across multiple product categories.
• Drive customer acquisition, registration, and retention with effective selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and in-store conversion within assigned locations.
