Brand Momentum is seeking a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge frontline sales and leadership across Ottawa-area locations. The role emphasizes driving sales, delivering product education, and acting as a trusted store partner for a range of products while optimizing territory performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in retail or field sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and product knowledge for customer education.
• Ability to influence, support and guide peers in field settings.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently in a territory-based role.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver engaging product education and hands-on demonstrations across categories.
