Brand Momentum is seeking a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge frontline sales with Team Leads. The role focuses on in-store demonstrations, product knowledge, and territory optimization across 1–3 locations per shift, 28–35 hours weekly, with travel within the assigned area.

You will mentor Brand Ambassadors, share best practices, and report insights to drive sales performance while maintaining brand standards and customer engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and product knowledge with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to influence and guide peers.
