Job summary

Brand Momentum in Toronto is seeking a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge frontline sales with Team Leads. You will drive sales, conduct product demonstrations, and act as in-store partner across multiple locations to maximize engagement with the smoke-free portfolio.

Preferred candidates have 2–3+ years in retail or field sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach peers. This is a 1-year contract with evening/ weekend shifts and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and product knowledge skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to mentor and support peers in a fast-paced, territory-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver product education and hands-on demonstrations across multiple product categories.
• Drive customer acquisition, registration, and retention through effective selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales performance and in-store conversion within assigned locations.
