Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and product knowledge with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver first‑class customer engagement with product education and hands-on demonstrations across product categories.
• Drive customer acquisition, registration and retention through effective selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales performance and in-store conversion within locations.
