Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge frontline sales and Team Leads across Bradford, Aurora, East Gwillimbury and Newmarket.

You will drive sales, deliver product education, and conduct in-store demonstrations while building strong relationships with store staff. This one-year contract offers 28–35 hours per week, flexible evenings/weekends, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and product knowledge with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to influence, support, and guide peers; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver product education and hands-on demonstrations across product categories.
• Drive customer acquisition, registration and retention through effective selling.
• Identify opportunities to improve in-store sales performance and conversion.
