Brand Momentum is seeking a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge frontline sales execution with Team Leads across Hamilton, Burlington, and Brantford. The role involves in-store partnerships, product demonstrations, and optimizing territory coverage to maximize engagement and sales.

You will support field teams, coach peers, and ensure compliance while driving performance in a fast-paced, travel-friendly role.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and product knowledge skills with a customer-first mindset.
