Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking a Retail Team Lead / Area Supervisor to manage field execution across Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa and Bowmanville.

You will lead Sales Experts, drive regional sales performance, and coach staff to meet targets while coordinating with the Field Manager. Role requires 3–4+ years in retail sales or territory management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of retail sales, field leadership, or territory management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage the performance of field-based teams.
• Strong sales acumen with a focus on driving results and execution.
• Experience managing regional operations, scheduling, and field logistics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Experts within your assigned region.
• Set clear goals, conduct regular check-ins, and manage performance through ongoing feedback and reviews.
• Drive accountability and performance across the team, addressing gaps and implementing corrective action plans.
• Support team engagement through recognition, incentives, and team-building initiatives.
• Own the delivery of retail sales performance within your region, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and guide the team to meet/exceed objectives.
