Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking a Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge frontline sales and Team Leads in Edmonton, AB. You will drive sales, educate customers, and act as an in-store partner to grow a smoke-free product portfolio across multiple locations.

The role requires 2–3+ years in retail or field sales, strong product knowledge, and the ability to coach peers. It is a one-year contract, 28–35 hours weekly, with a starting wage of CAD 27/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and product knowledge with a customer-first mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, support, and guide peers (informal leadership is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver product education and hands-on demonstrations across multiple product categories.
• Drive customer acquisition, registration, and retention through effective selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales performance and in-store conversion within assigned locations.
• Mentor and coach Brand Ambassadors and peers in the field.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, field insights, and campaigns.
