Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for Lawn & Garden at our Rocky View Agriculture location in Alberta. The TM will build and grow customer relationships within the defined area to increase sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods.

You will identify new business opportunities, promote rentals and sales of equipment, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and report activity daily. Travel is required; bilingualism a plus.

Competenze

• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of agriculture equipment is a plus.

Mansioni

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve sales targets as set out by the company.
• Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future customer opportunities.
• Promote & sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods assigned to role.
• Promote rental and rental purchase of New and Used Wholegoods.
• Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success.
• Deliver continuous Prospecting activity and development of new accounts.
• Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
• Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required.
• Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, Customer interactions, and Quotations.
• Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis; weekly submissions to the manager.
