Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager for our Claresholm Agriculture location to grow customer relationships and drive sales and rental revenue of new and used Wholegoods. The TM will identify opportunities within the defined area and coordinate with Brandt Parts & Service to maximize business opportunities.

The role requires knowledge of John Deere equipment users, strong prospecting, and a proactive approach to sales targets, product knowledge, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or farm equipment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license and passport.

Responsabilités

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve Sales targets as set out by the Company.
• Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of opportunities.
• Promote & sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods assigned to role.
• Promote rental and rental purchase of New and Used Wholegoods.
