Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service, retail, or merchandising experience, preferably in home improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to confidently speak to large groups.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Visit and service Home Depot stores weekly.
• Maintain communication with Store Managers and associates.
• Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
• Lead product training sessions for store associates.
• Conduct site visits and assist with warranty claims.
