As the Territory Sales Manager for Ontario, you will drive strategic revenue expansion across the province, scaling the territory from a solid base of $1.5M toward $3.5M–$4M+. Operating with high independence, you will manage a hybrid sales model—selling directly to end‑user trade contractors on active job sites and at corporate headquarters, while maintaining key distribution touchpoints with commercial building supply houses.
You will represent a full product portfolio spanning high‑ticket capital equipment ($30,000+), mid‑tier functional equipment ($5,000–$15,000), job‑site supplies ($500–$5,000), and recurring aftermarket parts and service. With immediate product expansions into interior demolition and waterproofing equipment—followed by additional trade lines in 2027—this role offers continuous pipeline growth and uncapped earning potential.
This role is tailored for a technical sales professional who excels at consultative selling, territory expansion, and building lasting relationships with both trade contractors and commercial supply networks. You will inherit an established territory base with significant expansion runway, supported by direct technical specialists and a brand‑new regional facility featuring a showroom, warehouse, and local office operations.
