Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling is seeking a Sales Development Manager (SDM) - Relief for Victoria, BC. You will identify sales opportunities across diverse customer types and serve as the first point of contact to build strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years selling in the consumer goods industry.
• At least 1 year in consumer products, direct store delivery sales or major account management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using a variety of computer programs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving record free from major violations in past 3 years.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell customer promotional plans, displays and equipment placements aligned with Coke Canada objectives.
• Evaluate outlet opportunities for new and existing customers.
• Develop a customized business plan addressing customer needs.
• Collaborate with merchandising and replenishment teams to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Ensure high level of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.
• Execute channel and customer promotions leveraging national brand strategies.
• Arrange time and territory for optimal face-to-face selling opportunities.
• Build or modify displays to Coke Canada standards.
