Job summary

Hershey Canada is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Associate for Victoria BC. The role entails selling and maintaining distribution, merchandising, and field reporting while working a 20-hour week. You’ll join a dynamic sales team and travel within the assigned territory using your own vehicle.

The position emphasizes independent field work, strong communication, and the ability to manage store displays and pricing in line with retail plans.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Strong communication & organization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all Hershey items in assigned territory.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using permanent displays and planograms.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and competitive activity.
• Report daily activities via tablets after each day.
