Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is seeking a Territory Sales Rep to manage assigned stores across British Columbia. You will drive distribution, execute in-store plans, and meet sales objectives, reporting to the Regional Field Sales Lead.

You will leverage CRM tools, conduct product knowledge sessions, and manage budgets while maintaining accurate records and ensuring professional store-level communications. This role requires travel across BC and overnights as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Prior consumer products/retail experience with knowledge of British Columbia regional grocery accounts preferred.
• Great attitude with learning capacity.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel within British Columbia (including overnights) and to bi-annual out of province meetings.
• Valid driver license and driving record within MVR policy guideline

Responsibilities

• Drive product distribution, display and incremental volume at large format and specialty banners in British Columbia.
• Leverage CRM to maximize sales opportunity, keep store/banner/region performance data, maintain customer database & notes, and scheduling.
• Ensure in-store execution of promotional and feature activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to stakeholders as the face of KDP at store level.
• Be territory expert, aware of trends, opportunities, challenges.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions with store staff about product benefits.
• Manage budgets (T&E) and trade dollars within prescribed limits.
• Complete required paperwork and data collection accurately and timely.
