Job summary

ADGA is seeking a Contracts Coordinator on a maternity leave coverage basis in Ottawa. The role includes drafting, amending, and managing consulting agreements, maintaining a consultant register, and coordinating onboarding/offboarding.

It also covers creating records in Salesforce and supporting the Commercial Team with contract administration. The position requires 1–5 years of contract experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to read and analyze contracts; on-site presence 2–3

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in law, business, criminology, or politics.
• 1–5 years of contracts experience (P1-P2 level).
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Salesforce PSA experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze contracts.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, amend, and terminate Consulting Agreements.
• Manage contract renewals and consultants register.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of consultants.
• Maintain contract records in Salesforce.
• Process contract amendments and related tasks.
• Draft NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Provide support to Commercial Team.
• Handle security clearance tasks with ACSO.
