Job summary

ADGA Group in Ottawa is seeking a Contracts Coordinator for a temporary maternity leave coverage with potential for permanence. You will draft, amend, and terminate consulting agreements, manage a register of consultants, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding.

You will maintain contract records in Salesforce and support the Commercial Team. Qualifications include a university degree in a relevant area and 1–5 years of contracts experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, business, criminology, political science, or related field.
• 1–5 years of contracts experience (P1-P2 level).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Salesforce PSA is an asset.
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, amend, and terminate Consulting Agreements.
• Review amendments and extract information for Consulting Agreements.
• Maintain and manage a register of consultants; track renewals.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of consultants.
• Create, maintain, and update contract records in Salesforce.
• Process contract amendments promptly and accurately.
• Draft NDAs and Teaming Agreements from templates.
• Support the Commercial Team as needed.
• Perform other contract administration tasks.
