You'll provide timely and efficient documentation of all AHS Provincial Protective Services officers’ activities, work within various information data base systems and coordinate the administrative assignment of Protective Services officers working in AHS site. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12.Completion of certificate or diploma related to Emergency Communications and Response, Law Enforcement, Security or Criminology.

Additional Required Qualifications:

High level of experience with Microsoft Office and email required. Demonstrated telephone skills are required. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment. Requires a high degree of customer service, problem solving, interpersonal skills and critical thinking. Must have demonstrated experience resolving complex client issues. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is required; superior active listening and interpretative skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid First Aid certificate, BCLS-HCP training.
