Job Summary: The TSA provides technical consultation and support for the University and determines technology requirements that support organizational goals. This position is responsible for the gathering, analysis, recommendation and implementation of technology requirements. Additionally, responsible for desk side support for employees and teaching labs, as well as research labs on a case by case basis.
