Brainhunter is currently seeking a “Business Support Analyst” to work for our valued Client. This is a six-month contract opportunity with potential to extend.

Our prestigious retail client is looking for a Business Support Analyst. This is a hybrid role and requires the successful candidate to be in the office 4 days a week in Downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities :

• Liaison with stakeholders for process improvement, reporting, and incident management.
• Make improvements to existing processes for reactive and proactive order management.
• Provide and implement strategic forward-thinking recommendations and solutions.
• Work within Zendesk to improve documentation and reporting.
• On call required outside of core hours for incident management.
