Location: 17665 Leslie Street, Suite 15, Newmarket, ON, L3Y 3E3

Salary: $34.07 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Term or contract, Full-time

Schedule: Day, Morning shifts from 08:00 to 16:00

Start date: August 1, 2025

End date: August 1, 2028

Work setting

Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Provide access to computer networks
  2. Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  3. Research and implement solutions using manuals and guides
  4. Maintain a log of problems and solutions for team use
  5. Supervise other technical support staff (3-4 people)
Credentials
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
  • A+ Certification
Technical Knowledge

Shell scripting, iOS, Networking software and hardware, Security, Servers, Desktop and enterprise applications, MS Office, TCP/IP, Wireless networks, and more.
