Position type: Regular

Your future role on our team

You’ll be reporting to the department manager for IT Infrastructure and Operations and will manage the full life cycle of technological equipment, including computers, peripherals and physical and virtual servers. You’ll also oversee employee onboarding and offboarding. You’ll serve as the point of contact between the Shared Services and internal IT teams to ensure IT assets are managed proactively and strategically.

IT asset management
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment
  • Ensure hardware and software comply with internal standards
  • Support mergers and acquisitions by establishing IT inventories
  • Analyze and prepare asset management and life cycle reports
  • Work closely with the procurement teams on orders, follow-ups and deliveries
  • Create documents and installation instructions
BBA employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage IT equipment kits for new hires and departing employees
  • Coordinate with the HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Document processes and maintain accurate lists
Collaboration with Modern Workplace
  • Prepare an annual list for laptop replacements
  • Recommend which models to assign based on user profiles
  • Help develop renewal and standardization policies
Teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Development, Operations and Finance teams
  • Help update internal procedures
  • Help improve monitoring and management tools (Excel, Power BI)

Summary of certifications and job requirements
  • College diploma or university degree in administration, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • IT asset management experience
  • Knowledge of corporate IT hardware (servers, workstations, software)
  • Available for occasional travel to other BBA offices
  • Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and abroad
  • Advanced French skills to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients within Québec
  • Excellent data analysis skills (Excel and Power BI)
