Job Overview

The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home, interfacing with customers via inbound / outbound calls and the Internet. This role involves providing customer support and resolving routine issues related to clients' products and services. Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support following a call flow guide.
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
  • Document and track customer interactions in databases.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products / services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS is preferred.
  • Offer additional products / services when appropriate.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; technical support experience preferred.
  • Open availability and high school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and computer navigation.
  • High-speed internet (no hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
  • Starting wage between $16 and $18 per hour.
  • Paid training and performance incentives.
