What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones and tablets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and computer navigation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- A quiet, distraction-free home work environment
- Strong eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop capable of completing PC and internet testing
