Primary Responsibilities

• Complete billing items for Personal Lines, Farm, and Commercial accounts
  
• Process Pathway requests and support campaign initiatives
  
• Handle policy transactions, including cancellations, reinstatements, changes, and reissues
  
• Communicate with clients using a variety of methods for direct billing inquiries and payments, and respond to non-licensed SSK/chat inquiries
  
• Update the Duliban Hub with current billing information for all insurance providers
  
• Prepare and report weekly on policy cancellations, including identifying reasons for cancellation
  
• Greet and triage incoming phone calls and walk-in clients, directing them to the appropriate insurance professionals across departments
  
• Manage callbacks in accordance with their procedures
  
• Reconcile and close out payment batches, including e-transfer summaries, cheques, and debit payments
  
• Prepare outgoing mail and courier packages as required
  
• Enter leads generated from client phone calls, quote inquiries, and monoline email requests
  
• Adhere to all company health and safety policies
  
• Perform all other related duties as assigned, with a high level of integrity and professionalism

Requirements

• Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity
• Possessesproficiency in computers skills
• Pays closeattention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization andaccuracy
• Works well within a team and independently, taking initiative toassist team members where needed
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service skills
• Interacts with patience, enthusiasm, dedication andprofessionalism
• 0-1 yearsworking in the insurance industry is preferred
