As we grow, QuidelOrtho is seeking a Technical Service Representative based in Regina, SK. This role involves providing on-site technical product services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic medical devices. It is a remote position with benefits such as a company car, gas card, cell phone, and laptop. The candidate should reside within the Regina area.
Candidates must meet Customer Credentialing requirements, which may include immunizations. The company provides reasonable accommodations for those unable to be vaccinated, in accordance with laws.
Internal partners include field service teams, sales, technical specialists, and support departments. External partners include laboratory managers and supervisors.
This role involves a typical workweek with overtime in an outside field environment. It requires self-motivation, organization, and discipline to work independently from a home office. The physical demands include frequent use of hands, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Travel can include airplane, train, and overnight stays.
