Primary Responsibilities

1. Complete billing items for Personal Lines, Farm, and Commercial accounts
2. Process Pathway requests and support campaign initiatives
3. Handle policy transactions, including cancellations, reinstatements, changes, and reissues
4. Communicate with clients via various methods for billing inquiries and payments, and respond to non-licensed SSK/chat inquiries
5. Update the Duliban Hub with current billing information for all insurance providers
6. Prepare and report weekly on policy cancellations, including reasons for cancellation
7. Greet and triage incoming phone calls and walk-in clients, directing them to appropriate insurance professionals
8. Manage callbacks according to procedures
9. Reconcile and close out payment batches, including e-transfer summaries, cheques, and debit payments
10. Prepare outgoing mail and courier packages as needed
11. Enter leads from client calls, quote inquiries, and email requests
12. Adhere to all company health and safety policies
13. Perform other related duties with integrity and professionalism

Requirements

1. Demonstrates professionalism and integrity
2. Proficiency in computer skills
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask with organization and accuracy
4. Ability to work well independently and in a team, taking initiative as needed
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation
6. Patience, enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism in interactions
7. 0-1 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
