Agilus by Synergie in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to help drive quotes and support the sales process in the industrial equipment sector. You will prepare accurate quotations, validate requests, coordinate quote reviews, and liaise with Technical Sales Reps to close opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years of client-facing sales support experience, strong CRM and Excel skills, and optional French language abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales support experience in a client-facing role.
• Industrial equipment & machinery domain experience is a plus.
• Fluency in French is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations using pricing tools and templates.
• Validate requests, ensure compliance, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate quote reviews, approvals, revisions and submissions to customers.
• Monitor quotes and turnaround times to ensure timely delivery.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Sales Support Specialist in the industrial equipment & machinery industry in Mississauga, Ontario.

A day in the life:

• Prepare accurate quotations using internal pricing tools, configuration systems, and approved templates.
• Validate requests, ensure process compliance, and escalated issues when needed.
• Coordinate quote reviews, approvals, revisions, and final submissions to customers.
• Monitor request volumes and turnaround times to ensure timely quote delivery.
• Support sales-related projects, reporting, and cross-functional activities as required.
• Receive and review leads to ensure all required quoting information is provided.
• Follow up with Technical Sales Reps (TSRs) to clarify missing product, pricing, configuration, or documentation details.
• Create and maintain Opportunities and Sales Quotes in C4C for accurate pipeline tracking.

You bring:

• 3+ years of sales support experience in a client-facing role.
• Industrial experience with long sales cycle is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French is considered an asset.
• Previous experience preparing quotes and managing the quoting process.
• Strong CRM experience; C4C experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
