A leading building supply company based in Metro Vancouver is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the building supply industry, specifically in finishing processes. Responsibilities include driving sales, conducting on-site assessments, and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the building supply industry with a background in finishing.
• Extensive knowledge of mouldings and finishing products is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a mixed environment (on-site, office, and customer-facing).

Responsibilities

• Receive and develop sales leads from the internal sales team.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess project scope and quote/sell moulding and finishing packages.
• Read and interpret residential house plans and perform accurate finishing takeoffs.
