What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, designers, retailers, and homeowners.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Recommend doors, mouldings, trim, and related products based on customer needs and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the estimating, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional after‑sales service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally while building long‑term client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience in doors, mouldings, millwork, lumber, building materials, or related construction products is strongly preferred.
• Established relationships within the construction or renovation industry are considered an asset.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid BC Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $40,000 per year plus an attractive commission program.
