Job summary

ANDRITZ in Lachine, QC is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our Fiber & Drying Line Services division. The role focuses on obtaining quotations, preparing orders, and ensuring timely delivery through coordination with Purchasing, Traffic, and Sales.

Applicants should have 5+ years in a mechanical/engineering or business environment, strong PC/MS Office skills, and SAP knowledge. Bilingual English/French is required; Spanish/Portuguese are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical/engineering environment or business background.
• Proficient with a PC including Microsoft Products; Excel, Word; SAP knowledge preferred.
• English and French language proficiency required; Spanish and/or Portuguese an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work with suppliers to obtain quotations.
• Prepare and supply quotations for customer / sales staff as needed.
• Review customer orders for completeness (update & adjust as needed), terms and conditions, and scope.
• Enter orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales to ensure orders are processed, expedited, and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with Traffic Coordinator to ensure shipping requirements and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Accounting to invoice orders.
• Develop and maintain records and reports as deemed necessary.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
