Job summary
Agilus by Synergie in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Manager to lead a technical inside sales and applications team within an industrial manufacturer. You will oversee quotes, costing, and technical solutions while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing.
The role offers a competitive base salary around $120,000 CAD, plus a bonus up to 15%, four weeks of vacation, comprehensive benefits, and RRSP matching.
Qualifications
- Experience leading inside sales or applications teams in industrial/manufacturing settings.
- Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or CET background.
- Experience with quotations, estimating and costing processes.
- Ability to communicate across customers, engineering and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a technical inside sales and applications team.
- Manage quotation, estimating, and proposal processes.
- Review customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on custom projects.
- Support costing activities and maintain profitability targets.
- Build relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Monitor sales opportunities and ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales and application processes.
