Job summary

Viking Pump, a unit of IDEX, is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead the assigned territory, grow the customer base and close orders.

You will develop market maps, forecast monthly, and collaborate with Channel Team while traveling in Canada and the US as needed.

Technical background with rotating equipment sales, bilingual French/English an asset, and a track record of exceeding targets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside technical sales of rotating equipment or technical sales experience.
• Strong ability to forecast, prospect, and close opportunities.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset (QUE DM).

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds territory order commitments and sales revenue forecast.
• Develops market maps and identifies new opportunities.
• Engages with customers to propose pumping solutions and closes orders.
