St-Amour, exclusive North American importer of a leading coatings brand, seeks a Technical Account Manager. You'll work as a technical partner to clients, auditing processes, troubleshooting shop-floor issues, and identifying automation opportunities alongside the Technical Director.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful client relationships to position as trusted partner
• Conduct in-depth client visits to audit processes and ensure value
• Resolve on-site technical issues, e.g., surface preparation problems
• Prepare reports on challenging technical issues or automation projects for the Technical Director
• Collaborate with internal teams for approvals and cross-functional work
• Represent the company at client events
• Update Salesforce weekly with accounts visited and future actions
